Margaret "Peggy" Griffith, age 68 of Lizton, Indiana passed away at Hendricks Regional Hospital on Monday, March 8, 2010. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 15, 1942 the daughter of Clarence and Louise (Reis) Ashton. On November 19, 1960 in Butler County, Ohio she married Quincy Griffith.
She is survived by her husband, Quincy Griffith of Lizton; two children, Howard (Tina) Griffith of Lizton and Ginger (Mike) Swart of Madison, Wisconsin; four grandchildren, Jasper Griffith, Jon Myott, Lydia Griffith, and Elijah Griffith; and two brothers, William Ashton of Cincinnati, Ohio and Robert Ashton of Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jacque Ashton and Burton Ashton; and a sister, Patricia Eichen.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio on Friday, March 12, 2010 at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow in Venice Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
