Margaret "Bootsie" Klein, age 70 of Hamilton, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2013. She was born in Hamilton on February 28, 1943 to Dempsey and Marylou (Mills) Proctor. Bootsie was an avid reader and Doberman enthusiast, especially her dog Ginger, who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her son, Demetrius (Alice) Klein; grandchildren, Nicholas Klein, Brittany Voss, Bryan Voss, and Gabriel Klein; siblings, Karen (Nelson) Dees, Freida (Don) Sherman, and Shawn Hodge . She was preceded in death by her husband, Barry Klein; brother, Byron Proctor; and her parents.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 from 11:00 AM until time of memorial service (12 Noon) at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue. Burial will be held at a later date at Greenwood Cemetery.
