Margaret Mcintosh

Margaret McIntosh, age 83 of Hamilton passed away at her residence on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at 7:40 PM. She was born in Clay County, Kentucky on July 26, 1926 the daughter of George and Tishie (Hampton) Bowling. Margaret was employed as a bagger at Meijer. In 1954 in Liberty, Indiana she married Julius McIntosh, and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by a son, Ronald (Penny) McIntosh Sr. of Hamilton; a daughter-in-law, Diana McIntosh of Hamilton; a sister, LaVonne Bowling of Hamilton; ten grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; three sons, Michael, Daniel, and Clark McIntosh; three brothers, Mike, James, and Gordon Bowling; three sisters, Ellen Pierson, Ruby Bowman, and Talitha Grable; and a great-grandson, Daniel Mathis.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
