Margaret Hazel Mullins

Margaret Hazel Mullins, age 97 formerly of Hamilton, Ohio and Punta Gorda, Florida went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Collier Hospice Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. She was born in Waverly, Colorado on June 6, 1911 the daughter of James and Mary Elizabeth (Philpot) Gragg. Hazel was employed as a secretary for Adams Elementary School, retiring in 1969 and was a member of the Princeton Pike Church of God. In 1935 in Hamilton she married Dewey Lee Mullins who preceded her in death on September 25, 1999.

She is survived by a son, Marvin Lee Mullins of Oberlin, Ohio; three daughters, Joyce (Tom) Parker of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, Lois (Don) Clayton of Cleveland, Tennessee, and Janice (Martin) Widdowson of Lunenburg, Massachusetts; four grandsons, David and Gary Lehnus, and Richie and Ben Clayton; three great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Henry Gragg; and two sisters, Berta Hutcheson and Pearl Gragg.

Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Rick Witt of Faith Pentecostal Church of Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Memorial contributions can be directed to Love A Child, Inc., P.O.
