Margie "Geneva" Adams

Margie "Geneva" Adams, age 90 of Hamilton, passed away at Golden Years Nursing Center on Tuesday, November 29, 2016. Geneva was born in London, Kentucky on May 26, 1926 to Robert and Janie (Ledington) Adams. She was a member of Faith Pentecostal Church. Geneva enjoyed gardening, baking, and spending time with her family.

Geneva is survived by her children, Patricia (Stephen) Elliot, Janie (Harry Casseday) Mester, Vicky (Terry) Griffin, and Beth Belcher; her grandchildren, Robert (Carmen) Hughes, Brian Mester, Adam (Shara) Griffin, Rachael (Mike) Barnett, Courtney Belcher, Zach Belcher; 10 great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; special niece, Velva Kuykendoll; special nephews, Delmer Jones and Don Radar; and many other nieces, nephews, family and friends. Geneva was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, Robert P. Adams; her mother, Janie (C.E.) Stewart; her granddaughter, Gina Lynn Craig; her siblings, Ina Cartwright, Estel Stewart, and Hubert Stewart, a great grand daughter, Allison Renea Barnett; and her father.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 3:00 PM with Rev. Rick Witt officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2016 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or Faith Pentecostal Church in her honor.
