Marie Jackson, age 92 of Mason, passed away at home on Sunday, January 6, 2019. Marie was born in Daisy, Kentucky on September 4, 1926 to William "Sonny" Harvey Johnson and Molly Combs Johnson. On February 21, 1950 in Hazard, Kentucky she married J.C. Jackson and he preceded her in death in 1996.
Marie is survived by five children, Carol McCay, Jimmie (Tammy) Jackson, Sherry Jackson, Charlotte (Robert) Keene, Pam (Brian) Fiscus, and the late Carlin Vasek; one brother, Kelly (Linda) Chapman; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Marie was preceded in death by her parents and five siblings, Bessie Walker, Britt "Sug" Johnson, Gladys Dotson, Martha "Tootsie" Clements, Herman "Tommy" Johnson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave, Hamilton OH 45011. Funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
