Marie Thurman

Marie Thurman, age 71 of Hamilton passed away at her residence on Sunday, March 13, 2011. She was born in Richmond, Kentucky on January 10, 1940 the daughter of Harry L. Sr. and Ann Jane (Peters) Thurman. She was employed at Miami Valley Industries (MRDD). Marie enjoyed puzzles, bingo and making crafts. She attended Fellowship Christian Center.

She is survived by four brothers, Charles Thurman, Harry L. (Sherry) Thurman Jr., Danny Boshers, and Matthew Boshers, all of Hamilton; two sisters, Rosemary Boshers and Theresa (Gerald) Glenn, both of Hamilton; and many nephews and nieces, including Danielle Boshers of Hamilton. She was preceded in death by father, Harry L. Thurman Sr.; her mother and stepfather, Ann Jane and Hubert Boshers; a brother, Dennis Boshers; a sister-in-law, Pat Boshers; and a niece, Julie Marie McCloud.

Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. with Rev. Paul Marcum of Fellowship Christian Center officiating. Burial will follow in Millville Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
