Marion E. Findley, age 87 of Fairfield, passed away at Mercy Hospital on Monday, January 19, 2015. She was born in Cincinnati on June 11, 1927 to Lee and Mary (Supe) Rutz. On August 16, 1952 she married Gerald Findley, who preceded her in death in 1998.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Findley; grandsons, Jeremy Woodall, and Chris Woodall; great grandsons, Riley and Kaiden; her sister, Carol (Ed) Stigler; and a brother, Melvin Rutz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Findley; brothers, Harold Rutz, and Donald Rutz; and her parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Jim Wedig officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association in her honor.
