Mark E. Otto

Mark E. Otto age 49 of Hamilton passed away in his residence on Friday August 17, 2007. He was born in Oxford Ohio on November 8, 1957 the son of Morris and Rosalie (Knox) Otto. Mark was a 1976 graduate of Taft High School, a member of the Eagles Lodge #3986, the Monkey Mutual Aide Society #1, and was a member of the ON-TAP Band. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying fishing, hunting, and riding his motorcycle, and also enjoyed playing the guitar and spending time with his family and friends. He was a self employed carpenter for the last 30 years.

He is survived by his parents Morris and Rosalie Otto of Hamilton, two sons Kyle Otto and Chris Otto both of Hamilton, one daughter Katelyn Otto of Hamilton, one brother Gary (Beth) Otto of Fairfield, a niece Amy (Nick) Salcedo and a nephew Matthew Otto both of Fairfield, and many other relatives and friends. He is also survived by his loving companion and life partner Lisa Poffinbarger and her daughter Nina of Hamilton.

Funeral services will be held at the Brown Dawson Funeral Home 1350 Millville Ave. on Wednesday August 22, 2007 at 10:00AM with Rev. Joshua Long Pastor of the Westwood Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00PM to 8:00PM.
