Mark J. Senger Jr.

Mark J. Senger Jr., age 74 of Mansfield, OH, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 28, 2017. He was born in Hamilton on June 12, 1943, the son of Mark J. Sr. and Rita Senger. Mark was employed as an electrician for General Motors for more than forty years, retiring in 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Senger of Mansfield; four children, Pamala (Jeff) Smeraldo, Jeffrey Senger, Peter (Kerri) Senger, and Nathan (Ann) Senger; two siblings, Rick (Regina) Senger and Karen (Dan) Schmidtz; eight grandchildren, Ryan, Katie, Lilly, Bentley, Drew, Jack, Macy, and Will; two stepdaughters, Tammy (Mark) Bond and Cathy (Doug) Smart; six step-grandchildren, Taylor (Aaron), Brian (Heidi), Nathan (Heather), Bradley (Whitney), Aaron (Tia), and Jordan (Nikki); seven step-great-grandchildren, Autumn, Cloe, Brooklyn, Makayla, Luke, Calleigh, and Ella. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, Emily Smeraldo.

Memorial service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 1:00 PM. A burial service will follow at St. Stephen’s Cemetery.
