Mary M. Bauer, age 69 of New Miami passed away at her residence on Thursday, May 10, 2007. She was born in Booneville, Kentucky on July 2, 1937 the daughter of Jasper D. and Martha (Young) Williams. In 1965 in Hamilton she married LeRoy Bauer, who preceded her in death in 1990.
She is survived by four daughters, Esther Bauer, Mary Burnes, Josephine Gist, and Glenna Williams; sons, LeRoy Bauer and James Williams; nineteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and her good friends Esther and Desy Bell. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, William C. Smith, Frank D. Williams, and Robert Lee Williams; and two sisters, Alma Jean Bates and Helen Williams.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Ova Helton of Springdale Chapel officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
