Mary E. Smith

Mary “Ralph” L. Smith, age 68 of Trenton, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023. Mary was born in Hamilton, Ohio on November 18, 1954 to Tite Whicker and Grace (England) Popp. She loved the Lord, her children, grandchildren, great-grandson, and all of her sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and many more with her whole heart. Mary devoted her life to being there for others whether she knew you or not. She was one of a kind and can never be replaced. Mary will surely be missed by many and will always be in our hearts.

Mary is survived by her children, Danny Holden Jr., Elizabeth (Rodney) Wood, and Paul Smith Jr.; 7 grandchildren, Danny Allen Holden, Alex Wayne Holden, Jacob Taylor Holden, Joseph Allen Smith Jr., Cody Alan (Makayla) Smith, Morgan Danielle Smith, and Cameron Paige Smith; great-grandson, Wyatt Alan Smith; and numerous brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul Smith Sr.; and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at 12:00 PM with Sue Sandlin officiating.  Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to her children.
