Mary Ellen Fischesser

Mary Ellen Fischesser, age 66 of Hamilton passed away in her residence on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at 9:00 AM. She was born in Hamilton on December 3, 1942 the daughter of Howard and Mary Louise (DeFazio) Young. Mary Ellen was a 1961 graduate of Notre Dame High School, a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church, and was employed as a secretary for Certified Garage for 15 years, retiring in 1992. On April 20, 1963 in Reading, Ohio she was married to Roger Fischesser.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Fischesser of Hamilton; by her father, Howard Young of Fairfield; two sons, Dean (Paulette) Fischesser of Liberty Township and Donald (Debbie) Fischesser of Hamilton; one brother, Dr. Wallace (Beverly) Young of Symmes Township; one sister, Kathleen (Larry) Wallen of Hamilton; and four grandchildren, Grant, Anna, Zachery, and Tyler. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Louise Young and one brother, Joseph Young.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Ann’s Catholic Church on Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Stephen Mondiek, Celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
