Mary Ann Lagedrost

Lagedrost, Mary Ann, age 64, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away December 15, 2012, at The Fort Hamilton Hospital. Mary Ann was born August 21, 1948, the daughter of Dorothy Amiot and Joseph Lagedrost. Mary Ann worked for ECI as a Special Needs caregiver for ten years. Mary Ann was greatly loved by her family and loved spending time with her great nephews. She enjoyed a good cup of coffee and a puzzle. She volunteered countless hours for Autism Speaks and for those with special needs. Mary Ann is survived by her sister, Donna Kramer and brother Donald (Lola) Lagedrost; nieces Sandy (Mark) Brown, Pam (Matt) Blauvelt, and Traci Kramer; and nephew Thomas (Jennifer) Kramer; four great nephews, Drake and Kelton Brown, Mason and Nicholas Blauvelt whom all meant the world to her; as well as other nieces and nephews; and special friends Pat and Marlene. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Elizabeth Lagedrost. Mass of Christian Burial will take place Thursday, December 20, 2012, at 10 AM, at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church with Father Ronald C. Haft, Celebrant. Visitation will be held Wednesday December 19, 2012, from 5-8 PM at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Burial to take place in St. Stephen’s Cemetery. In Mary Ann’s name, donations can be made to Autism Speaks and The National Organization for Disorders of the Corpus Callosum.
