Mary Powell Langdon, age 102 of Hamilton, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026. Mary was born in Chicken Branch Manchester Clay County, Kentucky on March 4, 1924 to Walter and Bessie (nee Hornsby) Powell. On February 11, 1947 she married Miles Standish Langdon. Mary enjoyed gardening her flowers and cooking for her family. She was a pillar of strength for her family.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Robin Lunsford and Kathy Langdon; her grandchildren Ryan (Jennifer) Stevens, Ted Lunsford, Leah McIntosh and Katie (Joey) Smith; 12 great-grandchildren; Matthew, Maddox, Isabella, Jake, Avery, Clayton, Anaya, Gaven, Josie, Elijah, Piper and Zane.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; her three sons, Terry, Ted and Matt Langdon and her son in law, Kenny Lunsford.
Services will be held in private.
