Mary E. Peters

Mary E. Peters, age 75, of Hamilton passed away at her residence on Saturday August 28, 2010, She was born in Shotton Chester, North Wales on December 10, 1934 the daughter of Terry and Elizabeth (Conley) Pryor. She was one of 7 children Dave, Doug, Betty, Eileen, Christina, and Pamela. Mary was a former employee of the Hamiltonian Hotel. On December 5, 1953 in England she married Tsgt. Donald L. Peters who passed away on April 26, 1980.

Mary is survived by her 5 children, Susan (Terry) Anderson, Sam (Annette) Peters, Terry Peters, David (Jackie) Peters, and Michael (Lora) Peters; 10 grandchildren, Chris, Scott, Jamie, Jenni, Josh, Sara, Emily, Sean, Brandy, and Danielle; and 9 great-grandchildren, Savannah, Katlyn, Justin, Kiley, Malina, Logen, Nate, Brooke, and Gavin. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

Funeral services will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave. on Wednesday September 1, 2010 at 7:00 PM. with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating. Private burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Southwestern Ohio. Mary’s family extends a heartfelt thank you to all the Physicians and nurses who cared for her, and a special thank you to Brandy for all her care and love.
