Mary Louise Philpot

Mary Louise Philpot, age 83 of Hamilton passed away at Hawthorn Glen on Wednesday, December 16, 2009 at 8:40 PM. She was born in Manchester, Kentucky on April 9, 1926 the daughter of Carl and Clara (Robinson) Munch. On December 24, 1966 she married Clarence Philpot, and he preceded her in death.

She is survived by three sons, Ronald (Juanita) Philpot of Illinois, Danny Philpot of Florida, and Roger Philpot of Tampa, Florida; four daughters, Cheryl (Ron) Eades of Tampa, Florida, Patricia (Gary) Neece of Huntington, West Virginia, Brenda Philpot of Hamilton, and Carla (Todd) Wright of Trenton; 23 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; four sons, Paul Edward, Gary Wayne, Michael Carl and Ralph Joseph Philpot; three sisters, Joann, Betty, and Rosie; and a grandson, Robert Arthur Kammeron and his wife Kathleen.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, December 21, 2009 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Tim Mullins of Greenhills Baptist Church and Mary’s son Ronald Philpot officiating. Burial will follow in Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
