Mary Louise Polk, age 69 of Hamilton, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. Mary was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on March 6, 1948 to John L. and Georgia (Hubbard) Warren.
Mary is survived by her husband of 32 years, Robert Polk; her children, Tony Warren, Tammy (Gary) Wagers, Shonda (Donald Brown) Rowland, Roger (Kathy) Hopper, Carl (Tina) Hooker; 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; her sisters, Wanda Grubb and Charlotte Doyle; and numerous other family members and friends. Mary was preceded in death by six siblings and her parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park.
