Michael W. Taylor

Michael W. Taylor, age 64 of Hamilton passed away at West Chester Hospital on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 11:34 PM. He was born in Hamilton on January 7, 1947 the son of Dewey and Ruby (Allen) Taylor. He was employed as an electrician for General Motors for thirty years, retiring in 2006. On November 25, 1977 in Hamilton he married Cindy Browning.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Taylor of Hamilton; two daughters, Renee (Rob)Perry of Winchester, Kentucky and Mary Ellen (Josh Mullins) Taylor of Hamilton; his "adopted daughter" Melinda of Hamilton; one sister, Jane (Bobby) Hammons of Hamilton; six grandchildren, LuCinda and Phoebe Powell, Devon Mullins, Mikey, Seth, and Hannah Perry; and his special nephews, Sina and Tommy. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard Taylor; and sister, Debbie Taylor.

Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, August 25, 2011 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jake Jacobs of the Princeton Pike Church of God officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Eric W.
