Michael R. Tipton

Michael R. Tipton, age 63 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017. Michael was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 8, 1953 to Shelby and Glenora (Miller) Tipton. In 1976, Michael married Nancy Aubrey, who preceded him in death in 2009, after 33 years of marriage. Michael worked at Fisher Body in Fairfield for 17 years. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his granddaughters.

Michael is survived by his mother, Glenora Tipton; his son Michael and Jenny Tipton; his two granddaughters, Rachel and Jasmine; two brothers, Hershel and Jim; his sister, Alberta Mullins; his fiancé, Delores Duty; and many nieces, nephews, and family members. Michael was preceded in death by his father and his sister, Yavonda Tipton.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 2:00 PM with Rev Paul Mullins officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
