Mildred Link-Myers, age 86 of Fanning Springs, Florida passed away April 18, 2013. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on February 4, 1927 the daughter of William and Jessie (Nash) Campbell. Mildred was employed as a cook at Highland Restaurant for 15 years. She was a former member of Hamilton Christian Center and a member of Partners in Prime for over 30 years. On May 28, 1941 she married Earl Link, and he preceded her in death in 1983; in October 1988 she was married to Virgil Myers, and he preceded her in death in 2000.
She is survived by her children, Pastor Joe (Phyllis) Link, Gail (Jim) Livelsburger, Judy (Richard) Peek, Donald (Carol) Link, Dennis (Deana) Link, and Sheila (Lou) Colegate; brothers, Howard Campbell, Paul (Yvonne) Campbell, Joe (Marilyn) Campbell, Jesse (Sue) Campbell, and Dave Campbell; sisters, Charlotte Gray and Thelma (Wayne) Wilder; 21 grandchildren; and numerous great and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Dale Link and Raymond W. Link; grandchildren, Tracy Lynn, Ashley Erin and D. Keith, Jr.; and brothers, Charles, Enos, Kenneth, James "Buster," and Johnny Ray Campbell.
Visitation will be 10am, until time of service (11am) Monday, April 22, 2013, at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue with Pastor Darryl McCoy of Fairfield Church of God officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Haven Hospice 311 NE 9th Street Chiefland, FL 32626.
