Mittie Brewer

Mittie Brewer, age 72 of Cincinnati passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at 5:20 PM. She was born in Hyden, Kentucky on March 19, 1936 the daughter of Carlo and Sally (Miller) Sizemore. Mittie was employed as an assembler for Micro Dot Industries, retiring in 1988. She was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church. On February 2, 1952 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana she married Hobert Brewer, Jr who preceded her in death in 1999.

She is survived by three daughters, Diana (Jeffrey) Young of West Chester, Belinda Sue (Tony) Collins and Brenda Ann (Joseph) Southard, both of Hamilton; one son, Robert Lee Brewer of Cincinnati; her mother, Sally Sizemore of Texas; two sisters, Lillie Ruth (Jeff) Sizemore-Guin of Georgia and Vanda Jean Sizemore of Florida; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Carlo Sizemore and brother, Bill Sizemore.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, September 18, 2008 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Jim Rhodes of Crossroad Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Thursday from 12:00 noon to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
