Mollie Eversole, age 77 of Hamilton passed away at Garden Manor on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 6:35 PM. She was born in Manchester, Kentucky on May 27, 1935 the daughter of Luther and Ellen (Hensley) Hubbard. Mollie was a member of American Legion Post #138 Auxiliary, Eagles Lodge #407 Auxiliary, Moose Lodge #28, Amvets, and the Senior Citizens. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and was a master of arts and crafts. On May 31, 1969 in Hamilton she married Lawrence Eversole and he preceded her in death in 1989.
She is survived by two daughters, Dollene (Kenny) Felty and Kimberly McIntosh, both of Hamilton; two brothers, William (Phyllis) Hubbard of Fairfield and Eugene (Sharon) Hubbard of Tennessee; three sisters, Ethel Rimer and Roberta Bond, both of Hamilton, Margie Anderson of Middletown; five grandchildren, Candy (Kevin) Burns, Mollie (Christopher) Turner, Christina Heaton, Kally (Marc) Butler, and Thurman McIntosh III; and four great grandchildren, Abby, Tyler, Koleton, and Ethan. She was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Thurman McIntosh Jr.; former husband, Ranold McFadden; two brothers, Bige and Robert Hubbard; and four sisters, Beaulah Young, Ellen Egner, Cornellia Rimer, and Betty Lou Stanton.
Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Thursday, February 14, 2013 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Nancy Napier officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
