Nelda "Joy" Stadler

Nelda Joy Stadler, age 85 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Saturday, November 18, 2017. Joy was born in Miamitown, Ohio on May 13, 1932 to Everett and Brownie (Parks) Kittle. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, knitting, telling jokes, playing cards, and spending time with her family. Joy was a Grandma Helper at St. Joseph Consolidated School.

Joy is survived by her husband of 46 years, Donald Stadler; her daughter, Linda Stadler; her grandchildren, Regan, Rachel, and Robert Couch; her daughter-in-law, Kim (Rory) Couch; her sister-in-law, Dody Kittle. Joy was preceded in death by her son, Scott Stadler; her brother, Harry Kittle, and her parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 2550 Millville Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM with Fr. James Wedig officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Memorial contributions can be made to Queen of Peace School, Animal Adoption Foundation, or Hospice of Hamilton.
