Ordla "Todd" Wagers, age 56 of Hamilton passed away at Bethesda North Hospital on Thursday, January 26, 2012. He was born in Laurel County, Kentucky on August 10, 1955 the son of Edward and Thelma Lee (Wombles) Wagers. Todd was employed as a truck driver for Burkett Trucking for the past 15 years. On February 7, 1978 in Hamilton, he married Patricia R. Shuemake.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia R. Wagers of Hamilton; a son, Ordla Lee (Shadeana) Wagers of Hamilton; a daughter, Christina (Eric Vanselow) Proffitt of Liberty Township; a brother, Edward Wagers Jr.; five sisters, Brenda (Steve) Kipus, Linda Wilkinson, Louise (Cecil) Couch, Nancy (Doyle) Hibbard, and Irene (Jerry Hooker) Wagers; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Darrell Wayne Wagers.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 1:30 PM. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
