Patricia L. Cornett

Patricia L. Cornett, age 75 of Hamilton, passed away at her residence on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 1:05 PM. She was born in Hamilton on February 14, 1940 the daughter of Lester and Margaret (Vandergriff) Wells. Patricia was a member of West Side Church of Christ. On March 9, 1957 in Hamilton she married John Cornett and he preceded her in death in 2000.

She is survived by her son, Kerry (Christy) Cornett of Fairfield; four grandchildren, Melissa Cornett, Danielle Cornett, Ali Jones, and Ben Jones; two sisters, Sharon (Rick) Grantz and Sandy Gentry; sister-in-law, Trish Wells; three brother-in-laws, Mike, Dave, and Dana Cornett; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother and stepfather, Margaret and Merle Stricker; her father; and two brothers, Raymond and Ronald Wells.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM with Minister Dan Knisley of West Side Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
