Patricia M. Lewis

Patricia died on March 2, 2023 at the age of 81.

She was born on December 23,1941, in Hamilton, Ohio to Earl and Marcella Dilyerd. Patricia was raised in Hamilton, Ohio and graduated from Reily High School. She was a member of the Hamilton West Side Eagles, Auxiliary 3986, where she served as Chaplain. Patricia loved putting together puzzles, bingo, and crossword puzzles. Surviving Patricia are her daughters, Deborah Bolser of Brookville, IN, and Diana Bolser of Oxford, OH; her son, David (Jenna) Bolser of Bath, IN; and her sisters, Judy (Clyde) Bolser of Oxford, OH, and Margie Kollstedt of Fairfield, OH. Patricia was preceded in death by her late husband, William C. Lewis of 37 years; her mother and father, Earl and Marcella Dilyerd; her sisters, Betty Blake and Michleala Evans; and her brother, Robert Dilyerd. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral Service to be held at 12:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Butler County Memorial Park.
