Patricia Ann Spencer, age 64 of Monroe, passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Patricia was born in Covington, Kentucky on September 27, 1952 to Lucille (Raymond) Spivey. On June 23, 1980, Pat married the love of her life, Kenneth Spencer. Pat worked at Mercy Fairfield Hospital for 10 years. She enjoyed watching and cheering on UK basketball, and listening and watching Elvis.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 37 years, Kenneth Spencer; her loving daughter, Kendra Spencer; her sisters, Charlotte Spivey, Cheryl Spivey, and Peggy Lynch; her adopted sisters, Maggie Gabbard, and Sue Spurlock; her brother, David Riley; and many other loving family members and friends. Patricia was preceded in death by her mother, Lucille Spivey and her brothers, Donnie and Michael Riley.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 26, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
