MURPHY, Patrick B.

Age 50, of Camden, Ohio died Friday, September 14, 2012, at the Miami Valley Hospital. He was born on June 27, 1962, in Hamilton, Ohio to Richard Murphy and Donna Hudson.

Patrick worked as a Stationary Engineer for the University of Dayton and was co-owner of Tamara’s Camden Kitchen. He served 4 years in the U.S. Navy where he served on the USS Simms as a Stationary Engineer.

Survivors include his wife of 24 years, Tamara Rader Murphy; son, Ryan (Rachel) Murphy; daughters, Brandy (James) Brandenburg and Amanda (Andy) Groh; grandchildren, Nathan, Trevin and Clayton Brandenburg, and Coltan and Brooke Groh; father, Richard (Donna) Murphy; step father, Dave Hudson; ex wife, Myra Zimmerman; brothers, Charles (Tara) Murphy, Michael (Shannon) Murphy, Kelly (Heather) Murphy and Chris (Keshia) Hudson; sister, Holly (Derek) Trenum; and many nieces and nephews. Patrick was preceded in death by his mother, Donna Hudson.

Visitation will be 10am until time of service (12pm), Saturday, September 22, 2012, at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park, 4570 Trenton Oxford Rd. (State Route 73) Hamilton, Ohio.
