Paul G. Barnhill

Paul G. Barnhill, age 87 of Hamilton, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025. Paul was born in Whitley Co., Kentucky on August 18, 1938 to Earl and NanaLee Barnhill. Paul retired from General Motors after 26 years of service. He was a member of First Methodist Church of Dunnellon, Florida. Paul was a devoted husband, loving father of four children, was a proud grandpa of nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. An animal lover at heart, he found comfort and companionship in the dogs, horses and cats who shared his life.

Paul is survived by his wife of 66 years, Sue Barnhill; his children, Paul (Cathy) Barnhill, Craig (Jakki) Barnhill, Doug (Tonya) Barnhill and Tricia (Mark) Stuber; his grandchildren, Joshua, Kellie, Kristy, Robin, Julie, Kendra, Alex, Amanda and Matt; his thirteen great-grandchildren; and his siblings, Don (the late Nancy) Barnhill and Betty (Bill) Ferguson. Paul was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Glen (Sherry) Barnhill.

Services for the family will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
