Paul David Baumgardner Jr., age 74 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017. Paul was born in Fremont, Nebraska on February 15, 1943 to Paul David Baumgardner Sr. and Dorothy (Vail) Baumgardner. Paul was a self employed mechanic for many years. He also was a member of the St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Shandon.
Paul is survived by his children, David (Suzanne) Baumgardner, Angie (Scott) Jenkins, and Kristie (Jason) Martin; his grandchildren, James and Josh Combs, Justin Jenkins and Destiny (Nick) Bomske, and Jeremy and Katelyn Martin; three brothers, Ed Baumgardner, James Baumgardner, and Joe (Holly) Baumgardner; three sisters, Dorothy (John) Wiggins, Mary Perdue, and Peggy (Dave) Ferneding; and a special friend, Richard (Lyla) Payne. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy Baumgardner and Paul David Baumgardner Sr.; one daughter, Sherri L. Combs.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 3350 Chapel Rd., Shandon, Ohio, on Friday May 12, 2017 at 10:00AM with Father Jim Wedig celebrant. Burial will follow at St. Aloysius Cemetery. Visitation will be held on May 11, 2017, from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave. Hamilton, OH. www.browndawsonflick.com
