Paul Wayne Smith

Paul Wayne Smith, 46, of Cincinnati, passed away on April 20, 2026. He was born December 31, 1979 in Hamilton to Lester and Deborah (nee Bowling) Cassidy. He was an amazing father, a wonderful brother, a fantastic uncle, and very active in his community, serving as a Substance Abuse Counselor. His kindness and generosity will be sorely missed but never forgotten.

He is survived by his daughter, Hailey Smith; two sons, Christian and Carson Smith; one sister, Kary Smith; a grandson, Zayne; his nephews, Robby, Kevin, and Kyle Smith; and a niece, Mackenzie Hamel. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Lilly Smith; and a brother, Kevin Smith.

A visitation will be held in Paul's honor on Monday the 4th of May, 2026 at the Pater Avenue Worship Center located at 2104 Pater Avenue in Hamilton, from 10 am to 11 am. A funeral service will follow, with Pastor Jamie Carmichael officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.
