Pauline Mccollum

Pauline McCollum, age 89 of Hamilton, passed away at Golden Years Nursing Center on Friday, November 14, 2014 at 01:20AM. She was born in Hamilton on January 12, 1925 to Wakeman and Emma (Miller) Estes. Pauline was employed at Champion-Sorg Paper Company for 25 years.

She is survived by her children; C. Paul (Jennifer) McCollum and Patty (Marvin) Russell, her grandchildren; Scott (Zola) Russell, Cheri (John) Curran, Tracey (Bennie) Hoskins, Whitney (Jason) Griggs, Amanda (Matt) Miller, 13 great grandchildren, her sisters-in-law, Peggy Estes and Virginia Estes. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; Clayton Estes, Donald Estes, Delia Reece, Hazel Beckelhymer, Ruby Estes, Stella Harbaum, and Wade Estes. The family gives a sincere Thank You to the loving and caring staff at Golden Years Nursing Center.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 1 PM. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 12-1 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.
