Pauline Mcquinley

Pauline McQuinley, age 86 of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, June 12, 2014. She was born in Hamilton on August 22, 1927 to Wilson and Ardenia (Reece) Chaney. Pauline was retired from Ft. Hamilton Hospital. She was a lifetime member of the VFW Post 1069 Ladies Auxiliary. Pauline was an avid golfer, highlighted by a hole-in-one. She enjoyed gardening, bowling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Dana (Gerald) Burns, Michael (Linda) McQuinley, and Jeffrey (Linda) McQuinley; six granddaughters, Pam (James) Saylor, Rebecca (Steven) Chrisman, Holly Burns, Jenna (Victor) Franklund, Tara McQuinley, and Leah McQuinley; seven great-grandchildren, Steven, Kayleigh, Danny, Delaney, Chloe, Brookelyn, Taryn; and a sister, Rosetta Chaney. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan McQuinley; a sister, Irene Chasteen; two brothers, Luke Chaney and Wilson Chaney Jr.; and her parents.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association in her honor.
