Peggy Handley

Peggy Lee Handley, age 81 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 03:50AM. She was born in Rising Sun, IN on November 16, 1932 to Curtis and Laura (Lampkin) Wainscott. Peggy retired from McAlpins in 1998. She was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church.

She is survived by her daughter Patricia (LeRoy) Taylor nee Handley, her grandchildren; Shelby Taylor and Courtney (Josh) Bowlsby, her great grandchildren; Joshua, Jayden, and Bella, her brother; Jim (Janice) Wainscott, a sister-in-law; Ruth Wainscott, and Jayden’s father; Tremayne Brown. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years; Harold Handley, her parents, a daughter; Mary Susan Handley, her siblings; Curtis (Ruth) Wainscott, Louise (Charlie) Weider, Louis Wainscott.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery.
