Phyllis J. Johnson

Phyllis J. Johnson, age 77 of Camden, passed away at Bradford Place on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. She was born in Hamilton on December 18, 1939 the daughter of Paul and Linnie (Caudill) Cook. On October 29, 1956 in Kentucky she married Ralph Johnson. Phyllis was an active member of Northside Chapel in Camden.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Johnson; two children, Gary (Vicki) Johnson of Fairfield and Tammy (Robert) Stamper of Middletown; one sister, Barbara Gray of Columbus; four grandchildren, Bobbie (Lauren) Stamper, Katherine Stamper, Ali Johnson, and Joe Johnson; two great grandchildren, Goldie and Jed Stamper; and sister-in-law, Kitty (Doug) Rose. She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, Beulah Geis and Calvin Cook.

Graveside service will be held at Mound Hill Cemetery, 130 Camden Road, Eaton, Ohio, 45320 on Friday, August 18, 2017 at 3:00 PM with Rev. David Oakley of Northside Chapel officiating. A celebration of her life will follow at Northside Chapel, 6820 N. Main Street, Camden 45311.
