Phyllis Ann Jewell

Phyllis Ann Jewell, age 84 of Carlisle, passed away at Hospice of Butler & Warren Counties on Wednesday, January 4, 2023. Phyllis was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 17, 1938 to the late Edward and Wanda (Derezinski) Von Stein. Phyllis was a graduate of Hamilton High School. After high school, she went on to work in accounting for Leshner Cotton Mill, where she retired after 44 years of service. Phyllis loved her family and the Lord with all of her heart. Phyllis will be dearly missed by her son, Michael (Cindy) Jewell; her granddaughter, Krista (Brian) Jewell Griffie; her great-granddaughters, McKenzie, Sophia, and Kendall; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. Phyllis is reunited in Heaven with her husband, Winfred “W.B.” Jewell and her brother, Ed Von Stein. Services will be private and held at a later date.
