Ralph Cassano, age 71 of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2015. He was born in Hamilton on December 29, 1943 to Dominic and Teresa (Torello) Cassano. Ralph served in the United Sates Air Force. He retired from Hamilton City Schools.
He is survived by his daughter Julie (Clyde) Hogate; grandchildren, Justin, Brad, and Alexis; a sister, Ann (Joe) Bavaro; brothers, Mike Cassano, and Jack Cassano; and a longtime friend, Thelma LeBlanc. He was preceded in death by a brother, Sam (Betty)Cassano; and two sister-in-laws, Brenda and Marilyn Cassano; and his parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Larry Tharpe officiating. Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honor to the American Kidney Fund.
