Rev. Lola Mae Donald

Rev. Lola Mae Donald age 83 of Hamilton passed away in the home of her daughter in Fairfield on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 11:33PM. She was born in Lockland, Ohio on June 8, 1924, the daughter of Elbe and Birdie (Stewart) Brockman. Lola Mae was a member of Gods House of Sure Deliverance. On April 30, 1942 in Newport, Kentucky, she was married to William R. Donald and he preceded her in death in 1985.

She is survived by one son, Walter (Linda) Donald of Hamilton; one daughter, Pastor Brenda (Homer) Stevens of Fairfield; one brother, Merle Brockman of Hamilton; three sisters, Viola Cornett, Mabel Bailey and Wanda Oliver all of Hamilton; eight grandchildren, Crystal, Jeffrey, Angie, Ryan, James, Melinda, Russell and Susan and also eighteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Louise Bishop in 1991; three brothers, Warren, Bradley and Delbert Brockman and two sisters, Opal Loman and Dorothy Hale and one granddaughter, Michelle Bishop.

Funeral services will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave. on Monday, December 24, 2007 at 1PM with Rev. Willard Baker, Pastor of the Pater Ave Pentecostal Church officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2PM to 5PM.
