Richard Geisler

Richard L. "Dick" Geisler, age 84 of Fairfield Township, passed away at Berkeley Square on Friday, November 17, 2017. Dick was born in Reily Township, Ohio on February 21, 1933 to Harley and Mary Olive (Roll) Geisler. He was a Korean War Veteran serving in the United States Army from 1953-1955. Dick retired from Ford Motor Co. in Sharonville, OH in 1993 after 35 years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping, working in his yard, and spending time with his family.

Richard is survived by his children, Karen (Mark) Lowery and Ron (Rhonda) Geisler both of Fairfield Township, OH; his grandchildren, Lance (Andrea) Lowery of Johnson City, TN and Laura (fiancé Brandon Grady) Lowery of Hamilton, OH; his great granddaughter, Leona Lowery; his siblings, Don (Jane) Geisler of Clay City, KY, Helen June (the late Clarence) Schuster of Greenwood, IN, and brother-in-law, Marvin Beeler of Hamilton, OH; and numerous other family members and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Patricia (Beeler) Geisler and his parents. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Hospice of Cincinnati, the Berkeley Square Special Care Unit, and Dick’s caring neighbors.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Wendell Coning officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
