Richard D. Kent, age 46 of Hamilton passed away at his residence on Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 3:00 PM. He was born in Hamilton on May 13, 1964 the son of David L. and Geraldine R. (Bond) Kent. Richard was employed in the auto body industry and enjoyed playing guitar, boating, and fishing. He was a member of Church of God of the Union Assembly.
He is survived by two brothers, David W. (Karla) Kent of Trenton and Clinton ( Vickie) Kent of Safety Harbor, Florida; a sister, Angela Uhl of Hamilton; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his companion of 15 years, Vicky Johnson.
Funeral service will be held at Church of God of the Union Assembly, 1814 Millville Avenue, on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Oley Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
