Richard Wayne Spurlock

Richard Wayne Spurlock, age 45 of Hamilton, passed away at home on Monday, July 1, 2019. Rich was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 8, 1974 to Wayne and Diane (Couch) Spurlock. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Rich worked for PAC Worldwide for 19 years.

Rich is survived by his wife, Destinee Spurlock; his children, Bradyn W. Spurlock, Evan Spurlock, Marlee Littner, and Alison Spurlock; his mother, Diane Spurlock; his sister, Shelly (Scott) Coomer; his niece, Sydney Ziebold; and numerous close family members and friends. Richard was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Spurlock. The family would like to thank the PAC Worldwide family for their support during this journey.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, July 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Drew Wilkerson officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the National Wild Turkey Federation or the UC Brain Tumor Center.
