Rick D. Hollins, age 62 of Hamilton, passed away at University of Cincinnati on Tuesday, August 1, 2017. Rick was born in Gary, Indiana on April 16, 1955 to Howard Hollins and Geneva (Beets) Hollins. He was a long time employee at the Walmart Vision Center. Rick was also an avid collector of autographs, records, and memorabilia.
Rick is survived by his two daughters, Emily Hollins and Dana Hollins; one sister, Judy (Don) Taylor; one brother, Jack (Karen) Hollins; and his girlfriend, Elsie Ellis. Rick was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother Gary Hollins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 4, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio. Funeral service immediately following at 6:00 PM with Pastor Darroll Alexander officiating. Graveside service will be held at Felts Chapel Cemetery in Corbin, Kentucky on Saturday August 5, 2017 at 11:00AM.
