Rita J. Carter

Rita J. Carter, of Hamilton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on July 20th, 8:23PM, at Kettering Health Hamilton, surrounded by her family. Rita was a very kind and generous soul. She loved her son and grandchildren immensely. Her grandchildren; Michael, Breanna, and Seamus were the joy of her life. She was employed for many years at Time Warner, where she later retired.

Rita was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Illyne Blackwood, and her grandson Michael, whom she adored. She is survived by her son, Ryan Carter; a brother, Tom (Thelma) Blackwood; sisters Joy (Charlie) Pratt, Carla (Robert) Biller, and Teresa (John) Ficorilli; granddaughter, Breanna; and great-grandson, Seamus.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family at a later date.
