Robert W. Huff

A beloved soul has gone beyond this Earth. Robert Wayne Huff passed away peacefully on February 22, 2022. Born October 25, 1957 to Horace and Pearl (Smith) Huff. Bob is survived by his wife Penny (McClure) Huff, beloved companion Sampson, mother Pearl Huff, brother Michael (Peggy) Huff, niece and nephews; Kim, Pearl & Todd, and younger brother Brain Huff. Bob is also survived by his sister in law Teresa (Dave) Root, nephew Jordan McClure, sister in law Beth (Gary) Gross, and nephews Kyle and Collin. He was proceeded in death by his father Horace Huff and nephew Michael Huff Jr. He married the love of his life Penny McClure on October 30, 1982 at Princeton Pike church of God Hamilton, Ohio.

Being Born in Hamilton, Bob graduated from Taft High School Class of 1976. Shortly after graduating high school he worked for Clayton Rogers Plumbing, after which he landed a job with Fort Hamilton Hospital, finally leading to a lifelong career change of driving commercial trucks for 35 years. Bob enjoyed spending his time away from work in many different ways, of which being camping, fishing, hunting, working on lawn mowers, traveling, eating skyline, frequenting local stores for a cup of coffee, and most importantly enjoying the company of his family & friends. Some of his most cherished memories were flying into Canada on a plane with some of his co-workers to go fishing on a remote lake in Canada, going on yearly fishing trips to Lake Erie, numerous vacations with family, and spending time outdoors with his nephews. Though he has passed on, may we allow his spirit to live on through each and every person’s life that he touched.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 28, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, OH 45013. Funeral service and burial will be held at Millville Cemetery, 2289 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, February 28, 2022 at 1:30 PM with Rev. Alan Weaver officiating.
