Robert W. Singleton, age 58 of Hamilton passed away at his residence on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 4:19 PM. He was born in Lincoln County, Kentucky on July 30, 1949 the son of Samuel and Mildred (LaFevers) Jarrett. Robert was employed as general manager at Ethan Allen for nine years, retiring in 2005.
He is survived by one daughter, Shannon (Timothy) Barthell of Forest Park; three grandchildren, Shelby Benge, Sydney Benge, and Trae Dickerson; and two cousins, Sandy Ashdown of Hamilton and Brenda (Phil) King of Cincinnati. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Wendell Coning of Hamilton Dream Center officiating. A memorial gathering will be held Saturday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
