Robert P. "Bob" Sositko

Robert P. "Bob" Sositko, age 61, of Hamilton, passed away in Huntington Court on Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 5:55 PM. He was born in Hamilton on February 9, 1946, the son of Joseph R and Pauline (Guyler) Sositko. Bob was a 1965 graduate of Taft High School, was a veteran of the Vietnam Era with the United States Navy from 1966 to 1969, a member of the American Legion Post #138, AmVets Post #1983, and was a big music fan and enjoyed sports. He was employed as a mechanic for General Electric for twenty-four years retiring in 2003.

He is survived by one son Jason Sositko of Hamilton, one brother John Sositko of Hamilton, a niece Angela Sositko of Hamilton, a special cousin Sherry Salone of San Antonio Texas, and a life long friend Gary Wiggins formerly of Hamilton. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation will be held. A memorial graveside service will be held in St. Stephens Cemetery on Monday January 7, 2008, at 2:00PM with Tom Strodtbeck Deacon of St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church.
