Robert "Bob" Marcum

Robert “Bob” Marcum, age 91 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Tuesday, December 20, 2022. Bob was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 11, 1931 to Phillip and Pearl (nee Weddle) Marcum. Bob retired from SOS after many years of service. He was a member of Hamilton Seniors and Princeton Pike Church of God. Bob enjoyed fishing, shooting pool, playing cards and playing the harmonica.

Bob is survived by his children, Darryl (Candi) Marcum and Sheryl (Doug) Hurley; his stepson, Jeff (Peggy) Bradshaw; his grandchildren, Michelle Babb, Amanda (Nick) Richards, Natasha (Billy), Courtney, Justin (Kristen) Marcum and Braydon Allen; his 10 great-grandchildren; his brother, Vernon Marcum; his cousin and best friend, Roy Coffey; his brother-in-law, Jr. Wyatt; and his sister-in-laws, Brenda (nee Wyatt) Reed-Adcock and Eileen Wyatt. Bob was preceded in death by his parents; his wives, Maggie (nee Wyatt) Marcum, who passed in 1983, and Jenny (nee Gilpin) Marcum, who passed in 2022; his 2 brothers, Hubert and Phillip Marcum; his sister, Wanda Whitt; his nephew, Larry Isaac; his mother-in-law, Granny N. Pearl Wyatt; his brother-in-laws, Delbert, Bill, Beve, Ronnie and Charlie Wyatt; and his sister-in-laws, Rose Etta, Gail, Cora Bessie, Sissy Bug and Dorothy.

Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, December 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 26, 2022 at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
