Rodger D. Caudill

Rodger D. Caudill, age 54 of Fairfield passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 8:00 PM. He was born in Cincinnati on March 27, 1958 the son of Bobby and Kate (Absher) Caudill. He was a graduate of Fairfield High School and was employed as a metal polisher at PNC Sheet Metal.

He is survived by five children, Katie Caudill of Oxford, Joe (Jana) Caudill of Hamilton, Chris (Victoria) Caudill of Oxford, Josh (Patience Hacker) Caudill of Oxford, and Casey Caudill of Oxford; his mother, Kate Caudill of Fairfield; brother, Rickey (Kelly) Caudill; two sisters, Roberta (Mark) McCarnan and Reletta Caudill, both of Fairfield; and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Bobby Lee and Rodger Thomas Caudill and his father, Bobby Caudill.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Barry Wilson of Hilltop Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the nurses and aids, especially Sarah, at Butler County Care Facility for all their care and support.
