Rodney Scott Trent

Rodney Scott Trent of Hamilton, passed away on July 28, 2022 at the age of 50. Rodney was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 10, 1972 to Rebecca Trent and the late Leck Trent. Rodney enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and spending time with his family and friends.  Rodney is survived by his wife Heather Trent, 5 children Nathan Carberry, Austin (Cilla) Landrum, Travis Trent, Jacob Trent and Jessi Trent. Special “son-in-law” Camren Melvin. His mother Rebecca Trent, Step mother Christina Trent. Sisters, Shelia (Allen) Stevens, Lana (Michael) Hatfield one, JoAnn (Kenneth) Perkins, brother Christopher (Kymberlyn) Trent. Brother in law James (Cathy) Mills. Sister in laws Melinda (Joe) Brock, Stacey (David) Parker. Father in law Jessie (Lorriane) Mills, his favorite uncles Tim (Louise) Trent and Jimmy (Lila) Trent. Many nieces and nephews, and many cousins. As well as his lifelong best friends Mark and Kelly Proffitt.  Rodney is proceeded in death by his father Leck Trent, Grandpa Lawson, Grandma Lawson, Aunt Elizabeth Lawson, Mother in law Vivian Mills and his brother Thomas Ray Trent. Visitation will be held at Rivers of Life Church in New Miami on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 10:00am - 12:00pm with funeral following 12:00pm - 1:00pm.
